Willow Creek Baptist Church values family, placing high priority on our youth and children. Day Camp, in the format of Vacation Bible School has always been an important part of our Summer Children's program and through the years, has expanded to include our Grade 6-12 Youth programs as well.

In 1996, with outrageous vision and great leadership, Pastor Doug Watson expanded the half-day program to a full day Day Camp, and Willow Creek Day Camp began.  With a passion to see camp available to every child, our scholarship program began.  Each year, many children come to Willow Creek Day Camp who would never have the opportunity, except for the generosity of the people of Willow Creek, the community and parents of campers.

Willow Creek Day Camp is known in the community as the 'lizzard camp', and is reputable for the love heaped on every child and the most outstanding staff anywhere!!
